In his new role, Mike will be dependable for business managers and basic supervisors within just Spartech’s new business enterprise groups which include the Mobile Solid Acrylic, Royalite®, Thick Gauge Sheet and Specialty Movies products lines and for plant areas Salisbury, Maryland Manitowoc and Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin and Muncie, Indiana.
“Mike will leverage his around 20 years of verified plastics compounding, extrusion, and packaging knowledge to assist form plant and products line growth,” claimed Spartech CEO John Inks. “He will also be instrumental in cross-functionally producing and overseeing our sustainability approach and initiatives, will be accountable for the mergers and acquisitions pipeline, and will act as Integration Lead for enterprises obtained by Spartech.”
With a 17-yr Spartech tenure, Mike has also served as VP of Enterprise Enhancement at Graham Packaging where he introduced and led a new foods packaging organization dependent on ground-breaking polyethylene terephthalate (PET) know-how. Most lately, he was with Tekni-Plex as VP of Market Advancement exactly where he built and led strategic initiatives in expansion, acquisitions, and sustainability. 
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from the College of Pittsburgh.
