Home Republicans launched a monthly bill Thursday that would prohibit non-income organizations from furnishing immediate funding to election companies in an endeavor to stop wealthy donors from influencing elections in a hidden style.
The laws was prompted by Fb CEO Mark Zuckerberg delivering hundreds of millions to the non-gain corporation Center for Tech and Civic Lifetime in 2020, which Republicans say unfairly utilized the funds for election reasons.
The Conclude Zuckerbucks Act would amend the Internal Profits Code to prohibit 501(c)(3) non-earnings, which are tax-exempt companies, from giving direct funding to point out and community election officials at the risk of shedding their tax-exempt position.

Mike Kelly of Pennsylvania.
“This impact has no location in our elections, and the American individuals should have transparency about the integrity of the elections officials we count on,” Stefanik told the Everyday Caller. “Voters deserve transparency about the resources of donations and where by the resources were distributed — and this invoice seeks to deliver them with that transparency.”
Zuckerberg admitted to the $350 million donation manufactured to CTCL but reported it was manufactured in very good religion with out any partisan motives.
